third post
"Create a Blog Posting for the reflection journal on the creative and technical processes you followed."
The creative process of taking these pictures came to me easier than I thought it would when I saw the playground, basketball court, and school where most of these pictures took place. Keeping each principle and element of design in mind, finding 'models' for each was easy as pie. I would think of the word 'proportion' and look around, find something that could be easily interpreted as such, and just pressed the button. After taking the pictures, I uploaded them and edited them slightly to make them look more appealing using photoshop.com, whose editing system is very easy to use.

Good Post! All of your images you chose show the elements and principles they are supposed to represent. I really like the pictures that you used for movement, unity, and texture. The unity picture with the meerkats was humorous. Great work very well done project.
ReplyDeleteI absolutely LOVE the pictures you used and how most of them were hand taken. I love the shape slide especially with the contrast of the blue and the see through holes. I also enjoyed how you used the wood chips to show texture- excellent idea. I think I recognize the school. Thomas Edison on Ashford in Tonawanda? :)
ReplyDeleteGreat Photos! You can see how you thought about each element and principle when taking the photograph itself. My favorite photo is your variety photo. It shows variety in the forms, colors, and texture. I love how it looks like you are looking through a bubble.
